Pampers is committing to making over a minimum of 10 Maternity Ward staffrooms across the nation over the next year, showing midwives across the country how truly valued they are.
This Christmas, Pampers returns with their #ThankYouMidwife campaign to continue supporting UK Midwives for the amazing work they do throughout the year.
Midwives work tirelessly around the clock to bring new life in to the world. Did you know 72% of babies are born outside of normal working hours and 4am is the peak time for births?
So, whilst everyone is winding down for the holidays, for Midwives, Christmas is like any other day. Anyone working this hard during the Christmas period deserves an extra special thank you, especially when 1 in 3 Midwives in the UK feels undervalued.
To show our appreciation, Pampers have teamed up with Heart to offer a staffroom makeover for a maternity ward anywhere in the UK in our competition.
To be in with the chance of winning a staffroom makeover, plus £1000 for yourself, just tell us why you want to thank your Midwife.
Since December 2017, Pampers has encouraged over 40,000 people to say #ThankYouMidwife and this year, Pampers wants to continue rallying the nation to share their thanks.
Pampers is enlisting the help of mum and supporter of Midwives, Paloma Faith, to encourage parents to share their appreciation.
Paloma has recorded an exclusive cover of the much-loved Christmas hit, 'Silent Night' which will feature in the new advertising campaign. You can download 'Silent Night' by Paloma Faith and the Pampers #ThankYouMidwife choir and for every download, Pampers will donate £1 to The Royal College of Midwives Benevolent Fund to support Midwives in need.
